Introducing LPS Scripting Utility, the QuarkXPress™ XTension that scripters were looking for...

Better late than ever... Sometimes things happen... Emerasoft is proud to introduce its first "public" QuarkXPress™ XTension: a tool for QuarkXPress™ AppleScripters.

Due to a bug, AppleScripters know that it's not possible to retrieve the file path of a document (or project) if it has been saved on a shared directory (a directory on a network file server); if you try to get it from an AppleScript, the temporary path (a local path) of the document or the project is returned by QuarkXPress™.

In this first release, we "fixed" that bug !!!

That's it, simple and useful !!!

Usage
We added a new (read/only) property on the document and project classes; look at the QuarkXPress™ AppleScript dictionary:

System requirements
This XTension has been compiled to properly run under QuarkXPress™ or QuarkXPress™ Passport 6.1 or later on the Mac OS X operating system (version 10.3.9 or later).
